Mr. David I. Holm, B.Comm., LL.B. served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate & Business Development at Veresen Inc. from October 19, 2009 to April 26, 2013. Mr. Holm served as Executive Vice President of Corporate & Business Development for Fort Chicago Energy Management Ltd - General Partner of Fort Chicago Energy Partners LP since October 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy of Provident Energy Ltd and Pembina NGL Corporation from February 1, 2006 to July 2009. Mr. Holm served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development of Provident Energy Ltd. (Formerly Provident Energy Trust) from January 2006 to July 2009 and served as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Holm served as the Managing Director, North American Energy, with TD Securities, Inc. from March 2003 to January 2006. He also served as Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions of Scotia Capital Inc. He has enjoyed a 28 year business and legal career. Mr. Holm practiced transactional and securities law for 15 years. Prior to July 2000, he was Partner with Macleod Dixon LLP and MacKimmie Matthews since 1992. He has been a Director of Pristine Power, Inc. since November 2010. He has been a Director of Alliance Pipeline Ltd., a General Partner of Alliance Pipeline Limited Partnership since February 24, 2011. He serves as a Director of Arnett & Burgess Oilfield Construction Limited. He serves as Non-Executive Director at Gravity Renewables Inc. He served as Director of the Calgary Petroleum Club. He served as Director of Petro Andina Resources Inc. from October 25, 2006 to November 11, 2008. He has advised on numerous major transactions in the oil and gas industry, including both upstream and midstream activity. He was seconded to the Alberta Securities Commission and has also served as the Chairman of the Securities Section of the Canadian Bar Association. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1986. Mr. Holm has served on the Boards of various private and public companies in the course of his career and completed the Institute of Corporate Directors program and earned his ICD.D designation. Mr. Holm holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1985.

Steven was the Director of the Professional Development Centre in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. Steven is the past Director of the Jeffrey Skoll MBA Program offered through the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto to gifted young engineers. He has also held the position of Director of the Centre for Advanced Microelectronics and was the founding Director of the Centre for Advanced Engineering Technologies at George Brown College. Prior to entering academics, Steven was Senior Scientist for EXFO Photonics Solutions, a $1B public company involved in developing class leading optical fibre test and measurement. Steven worked with Intel, Nortel, JDS Uniphase on advanced design solutions, and has worked on many patents and new products. Steven has also held the position of Senior Research Associate in the Stephen C. Wallace research group at the University of Toronto and has published many papers in refereed scientific journals. Steven is a well-respected speaker and lecturer on topics in Optics, and was an invited speaker at many conferences.
Steven holds an H.B.Sc. in Chemical Physics and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.

Max brings a strong background in Innovation Management. Most recently, Max was the Managing Director of the Stronach Centre for Innovation (SCFI), a joint University/Industry program designed to facilitate commercialization of more than $700M in industrial research. SCFI received commitment of $50M in support from the Ministry of Research and Innovation.
Max Kolesnik has held numerous senior industrial and academic positions, including Director of Regulatory Compliance for PharmEng International, Senior Instructor for the Pharmaceutical Science Group, Corporate Director of Training at Apotex and Programs Director at the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering.
Max managed a team of 35 engineers at Sanofi-Pasteur Toronto, commissioning, installing and validating new equipment, processes and product development. The project was valued in excess of $70M over a period of 3 years.
Max is the co-author of a number of papers and articles on innovation and the art of commercialization, and is currently working to develop a new paradigm for innovation performance management. Max holds a B.Sc. in chemistry from York University and an H.B.A. in Science and Technology Studies, also from York University.

Thomas has worked in venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, with both Goldman Sachs & GE, and has worked in audit and corporate recovery with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse
